Q: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE BUSY?
A: When I am busy, you can have the required service all the same, but you will be assisted by one of my trusted partners that have been working with me for years, helping me to offer an excellent and efficient service. In this case, it’s up to you to decide to take my suggestion or not. Obviously, when I’m busy, I will inform you that I won’t provide the service personally.
Q: IS THE PRICE PER PERSON?
A: No, the price is per vehicle, taxes, petrol, parking and motorway included.
Q:DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD OR MONEY TRANSFER?
A: We don’t accept credit cards: you can pay only cash, Euro currency, on the day tour or transfer. For some areas, we need credit card number to book.
Q:WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
A: Entrance fees for attractions (excavations, museums, churches, lunch, touristic private guide) are not included in the price.
Q:HOW CAN I BOOK A SERVICE WITH YOU?
A: Please fill in the form you will find in the page “Contacts”, inserting the verification code and completing all fields: how many hosts travel, tour or transfer dates, destination or which kind of tour you desire to book. If you don′t receive a confirmation in 24 hours, please send an e- mail again or contact me directly on email@example.com .
Q:WHERE WILL WE FIND THE DRIVER AT THE POINT?
A: If you arrive at the airport, you will find me or one of my partners in the arrival space or at the end of the railway station platform or just outside the port terminal with a sign with your name and my company logo on (Rosato Private Tour). For any emergency, here is the number to call: +39 339 17 11 079. To be sure that he is your driver, I will provide you a voucher to show on your arrival.
Q:DOES THE DRIVER SPEAK ENGLISH?
A: Yes, I and my partners speak English very well and moreover we are all from the zone you will be visiting.
Q:I HAVE FILLED THE BOOKING FORM: WILL YOU CONFIRM MY RESERVATION?
A: Yes, you will always receive a confirmation via mail within 24 hours and if not, please contact us as soon as possible.
Q:WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S A DELAY OR CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT/TRAIN?
A: My company is very flexible about delays, but if the delay exceeds three hours, the arranged price will be increased by 50%. Rosato Private Tour won’t be responsible for flight or trains missed because of traffic.
Q:IS YOUR COMPANY AUTHORIZED?
A: Yes, the company has an authorization issued by the Italian authorities. Passengers are provided with insurance.
